High Speed Mixer / PVC Hot and Cool Mixer Machine is an essential auxiliary machine for making plastic pipes, plastic profiles, plastic boards, WPC extrusion lines, and cable production lines. Its function is to mix raw materials with different kinds of additives.
For PVC powder material, a high-speed hot mixer and a low-speed cool mixer unit are typically required. For making PP PE masterbatch or cable, a single high-speed mixer is sufficient. We offer high-speed mixer SRL series ranging from 10L-2000L, with batch capacities ranging from 3kg-600kg.

PVC auto weighing, mixing and feeding system is specially used for PVC pipe & profile production. This system automatically weighs PVC, CaCO3, and other additives, then feeds them into the mixer. After mixing, the dry blend is automatically fed to the extruders. It features non-dust operation (reducing dust by at least 95% compared to traditional mixing), labor savings, and high efficiency.
