The PVC high speed mixer is designed for mixing PVC powder, CACO3, and other additives. This equipment is widely used for material preparation in PVC pipe, profile, SPC flooring, and cable production. The mixer is composed of a high-speed mixer (hot mixer), a cooling mixer, and a control cabinet.
It features 6-8mm stainless steel SUS304 for the internal wall construction with fine polishing. This design guarantees long-lasting operation under high friction. The mixing blades pass static and dynamic balance testing, and the main shaft adopts fine sealing to prevent material leakage.
