The small additive auto weighing system is developed especially for PVC pipe and profile production to replace manual weighing. It automatically weighs powder additives in PVC pipe and profile formulas (except PVC and CACO3). The operator only needs to manually weigh PVC and CACO3; for other powder additives, this auto weighing system measures the required quantity for one batch automatically. This system prevents manual weighing errors and keeps the workshop clean. It can automatically weigh 6-9 kinds of powder or granules additives.

The PVC high speed mixer is designed for mixing PVC powder, CACO3, and other additives. This equipment is widely used for material preparation in PVC pipe, profile, SPC flooring, and cable production. The mixer is composed of a high-speed mixer (hot mixer), a cooling mixer, and a control cabinet.
It features 6-8mm stainless steel SUS304 for the internal wall construction with fine polishing. This design guarantees long-lasting operation under high friction. The mixing blades pass static and dynamic balance testing, and the main shaft adopts fine sealing to prevent material leakage.
Top brand electrical components such as Siemens, ABB, and Omron are used for the control system, along with quality pneumatic elements. Siemens touch screens and PLC controls are available to meet specific requirements.

Screw feeder and vacuum feeder systems are available for your selection. The vacuum feeder saves feeding time and includes a dust filter to reduce dust in the workshop. The dryblend can be fed into the transition silo by a screw feeder.
