The SZ-FW01 forklift weighing system, also known as a forklift scale, is an intelligent dynamic metering device that automatically measures the weight and cumulative weight of items during forklift loading. It allows for accurate weighing during material loading, unloading, and handling. It provides variety of loading information such as single fork value and cumulative value. It is mainly used in warehousing logistics, factory workshops, port terminals, and other scenarios.
Product Principle: The working principle of this system is to measure the weight data during loading through sensors installed on forklifts. These data are transmitted to the weighing display control instrument in the cab through data acquisition and conversion transmitters. The controller processes and analyzes the data to calculate real-time weight and total weight.
