Mobile robotic stretch pallet wrappers are ideal for both standard and non-standard size pallet loads. The machine works by placing the guide tire against the pallet or if necessary against the load. To position the guide wheel, use the drive button on the handle of the machine until it is properly aligned. It is suitable for heavy goods or special-shaped pallets. The pallet is stationary on the ground. The mobile robot pallet wrapper automatically rotates 360 degrees around the pallet to automatically detect the height of goods. The wrapping height of the standard machine can reach 2.4m and the maximum customized height can reach 2.8m. The mobile robot pallet wrapper adopts PLC control system, and the performance of the whole machine is stable.

When protection device collides with an obstacle and undergoes deformation. The Photoelectric Sensor can’t detect the reflective strip and will activate forklift function. Machine will immediately stop and alarm in 1-2 seconds

We provide a 1-year warranty for the machine, excluding wearing parts or consumables. Optional support includes Video Guides, Online Service, or local Service by a third party. All spare parts are available for fast shipping.
We accept multiple payment terms depending on the order value and requirements. We suggest 100% payment for fast shipments, or a deposit and balance structure against recurring cycle orders.
Small strapping tools are packed in toolboxes and carton boxes for safe shipping by courier express. Heavy machines weighing over 20 kg are packed in wooden cases on pallets for safe shipment by Air or Sea. We recommend bulk shipments by sea considering the machine's size and weight.
