If you require installation assistance after watching the video and receiving telephone instruction, you can request installation service from us. The process starts after shipment once the machine arrives and the factory is ready and equipped with all necessary requirements. Our engineers will come to the site for complete and final installation. A training course on operation and maintenance procedures will be provided to customers during installation. The following costs should be covered by the buyer: local transportation, accommodation, and round-trip airfare for the engineer.
