What is the speed range of the equipment?
A single packing station operates at 30-60 picks per minute. For high-volume needs, multi-robot configurations (2-4 Delta robots) are available, with a maximum speed of up to 200 picks per minute.

What is the delivery time?
The standard single-robot configurations lead time is 40-50 days from the date of order confirmation. For customized-multiple robots configurations, the lead time will be 60-70 days. Our production time is about 30-60 days based on your machine request.

What is the warranty period and after-sales support?
The entire system comes with a 1-year comprehensive warranty, with an optional extension to 3 years. We provide 7×24 remote technical support and 72-hour on-site response in key global markets, such as Russia, Australia, and the USA.

Can I visit your factory or see the equipment in operation?
Yes, we welcome factory visits—please inform us 1 week in advance to arrange a live demo with equipment running. If you can't visit in person, we can send a real-time video of your customized line's test run or share case videos of similar projects.

Do you provide installation and training services?
Yes, for all customized delta robot case packers, our professional engineers will go to your factory for on-site installation, commissioning, and training. The training includes equipment operation, daily maintenance, and troubleshooting—ensuring your team can use the line proficiently within 3-5 days.
