DDZX Series Full Automatic Drop Type Carton Packer Machine:
This machine adopt advanced processing tech and software technology. This carton packer is use for automatically packing of kinds of steel or plastic bottles, cans, barrels etc products into opened empty carton box. And this drop type carton packer suitable for the carton packing process of water, beverage, oil, etc production line, and also suitable for bottle/cans shape products carton packing work in other industries. Drop type carton packer is a kind machine with strong compatibility, which can be used for different specifications of cartons and bottles.
According to the packing requirements, the products can be arranged in automatically. After that, the whole train of mechanism will feeding the products to the top of the empty carton box, and then open the products supporting device to drop the products into the carton naturally.
DDZX-12 drop type carton packer normally need match with carton erector and carton sealer machine working together, for finished carton box open, carton packing and carton sealing works.
Also could according to client’s different products special requirement to improve design for achieved carton packer works!
