High Speed Automatic Rotary Arm Pallet Stretch Wrapper With Top Sheet Dispenser is a cutting-edge packaging machine engineered to deliver fast, secure, and efficient load stabilization. The automatic carton palletizing system includes six major parts, carton erecting and sealing system, pallet dispensing system, robot palletizing system, automatic wrapping system and automatic conveying system, etc.
The above equipments can be combined arbitrarily, and can also be matched with case packer labeling machine, coding machine, weighing checker with rejector and other carton packing equipments on the line according to the customer's requirements forming an unmanned automatic packing production line.
The carton palletizing system is equipped with different types of grippers according to the different needs of the customers for palletizing cartons, and the palletizing method and the number of layers can be set and selected in the teach pendant.
The system is combined with the top sheet dispenser and pallet wrapping machine, it can realize 5-side packing of goods, waterproof and dustproof.

The complete system comprises six main systems: a carton erecting and sealing system, a pallet dispensing system, a robot palletizing system, an automatic wrapping system, and an automatic conveying system. These can be combined or configured flexibly based on your specific requirements.
When combined with the rotary arm pallet wrapping machine, the top sheet dispenser enables full 5-side wrapping of the goods. This provides excellent dustproof and waterproof protection, keeping the products secure during transport and storage.

The standard wrapping size accommodates loads between (500-1200) * (500-1200) mm, with a wrapping height ranging from 500 mm to 1800 mm. It supports a maximum loading capacity of up to 2000 kg. Custom configurations can also be built upon request.
The system utilizes different gripper models designed for various carton formats. Operators can easily set and adjust the palletizing patterns, layers, and wrapping parameters using the system's intuitive teach pendant interface.
