JQ-1200/1500 High level Palletizer / Robot Palletizer

The high-level palletizing system is designed to place the bagged products at layers onto the pallet or convey bags to the belt for palletless palletizing, according to the PRESET program. Normal procedures include flattening, servo-drive turning, grouping, layering, etc.

• High level palletizer is based on counting of infeed bags and grouping each layer then stacking onto pre-made pallets.

• The bag format is adjusted by the servo-drive turner to realize the PRESET stacking pattern.

• The grouping system can figure out the real-time position of each bag.

• The row-sweeper pushes a layer of the grouped bags accurately onto the stripper plate.

• When a pallet is fully stacked according to the program, the pallet elevator will lower the loaded pallet on the roller conveyor, which will take it out to the end conveyor for the forklift to take to the warehouse.
