The working principle of the multi-column packaging machine is a highly synchronized and parallel process. It starts with a single roll of composite packaging film, and through multiple parallel forming devices, the film is simultaneously rolled into several parallel tubes. Subsequently, these tubes are sealed on the sides by the longitudinal sealing device and pulled down stepwise by the synchronous traction mechanism. During each working interval, the independent metering and filling systems of each column precisely inject materials into the corresponding film tubes. Immediately after that, the cross-sealing device, which integrates multiple sets of heat sealing heads and cutting knives, simultaneously presses down, completing the top sealing, bottom sealing, and lateral cutting of all the parallel tubes in one action, thereby synchronously producing a complete row of independent finished small bags. The entire process precisely realizes the efficient cycle of "forming one roll, filling multiple routes, and synchronous sealing and cutting", transforming single-point linear production into multi-point parallel production, which is the core for achieving high-speed packaging.
