Payment Terms
After the contract is signed, you shall pay a 40% deposit, then the contract comes into effect.
Production Time
Mass production is managed upon receiving the deposit. Usually, CNC machines are finished within 20 days, automatic drilling and tapping machines within 15 days.
Packaging
We recommend using wooden box packing to avoid damage during transportation.
Inspection & Acceptance
Upon receiving the goods, please check carefully for packing damage, leakage, or missing accessories. If there is any problem, please take pictures and contact us immediately.
Warranty Period
One year warranty. We provide free component replacement in the first year (excluding intentional damage) and offer life-long maintenance. We also provide on-site debugging and training services (expenses covered by the customer).
