The Bag Emptying System is a fully automated solution engineered for clean, efficient, and continuous discharge of powder and granular materials from various types of bags. Designed for industrial applications in chemicals, food, plastics, feed, minerals, and other bulk-material sectors, this system ensures safe material handling while significantly reducing labor intensity and contamination risks.

The system automatically receives sealed bags from an infeed conveyor and guides them into the cutting and emptying chamber. All cutting, shaking, and bag-discharge operations are performed inside a sealed housing to maintain a dust-free environment.

It is compatible with multiple bag formats, including paper bags, PE bags, woven bags, and multi-layer composite bags.
