The Bag Emptying System is a fully automated solution engineered for clean, efficient, and continuous discharge of powder and granular materials from various types of bags. Designed for industrial applications in chemicals, food, plastics, feed, minerals, and other bulk-material sectors, this system ensures safe material handling while significantly reducing labor intensity and contamination risks.

The system automatically receives sealed bags from an infeed conveyor and guides them into the cutting and emptying chamber. A high-precision cutting mechanism slices the bag open in a controlled manner, allowing the product to fall smoothly into the enclosed hopper without dust leakage. All cutting, shaking, and bag-discharge operations are performed inside a sealed housing to maintain a dust-free environment and ensure compliance with plant hygiene and safety standards.

It is compatible with multiple bag formats, including paper bags, PE bags, woven bags, and multi-layer composite bags. For materials with strong adhesion or poor flowability, optional vibration devices and internal bag-shaking mechanisms can be configured to improve discharge efficiency and reduce product residue.
