The machine is designed for efficient palletizing of cable coils. After the cable coil palletizing is full, the system automatically moves the full pallets away from the palletizing area, while empty pallets are conveyed to the cable coil palletizing area.

• The machine is controlled by PLC, where different stacking methods can be set ahead of production.
• Input and output of the pallets are separated, making transmission smoother.
• Input height is low, ensuring more stacks at a limited height.
• The palletizer has the function of automatic pallet positioning, which improves precision and safety of the working process, also ensures precise and tidy stacking.
• When it detects insufficient coils coming from the previous process, it would automatically sound alarms to notify operators.
