The WIS intelligent command system allows intelligent collaboration for more than 20 multi-threaded operations on the sorting system, delivering seamless, interference-free execution.
With a baseline packing speed of 1,200 pieces per hour, scaling up to 15 sorting units allows the system to reach an overall sorting output of 20,000+ pieces per hour.
The main sorting hardware is built on a modular design framework, which allows for highly customizable configurations and a flexible layout to match varying facility requirements.
Model M2 is configured with 3 power drive units and 3 groups of turning balance wheels for parcels up to 600*600mm. Model M4 features 4 power drive units and 4 groups of turning balance wheels, supporting larger parcels up to 800*600mm.
Both the M2 and M4 models support turning angles from 0 to 55 degrees and are fully capable of either single-sided or double-sided sorting configurations.
For package lengths within 60cm and target efficiencies of 3,000-10,000 pieces/hour, a standard solution is implemented based on parcel sorting unit modules rated at 1,200-1,500 pieces/hour.
